Download or payment problems
First open My library and use Check payment if a purchase is awaiting confirmation. Save your receipt once the purchase is confirmed. To contact support, include the book title, order or payment ID, and what happened. Never send card details, passwords, or your private purchase code.
Publication corrections
Include the book title and page number, or the guide URL, plus a short description of the issue. For factual corrections, a relevant primary source helps explain the concern.
