Effective September 29, 2026. Every item sold by Paper & Pixel is an English-language PDF ebook. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies.
When your book arrives
After Razorpay confirms that payment has been captured, your ebook and PDF invoice become available on the purchase confirmation page. Delivery is normally immediate after verification. A pending, failed or cancelled payment does not unlock a download.
Your confirmation email
We send payment details, a private ebook download button and your invoice PDF to the billing email entered at checkout. Check the address carefully and check your spam folder if the email is missing. The private email download link is available for one year; save a personal backup after downloading.
Read on your devices
You need an internet connection to download and a PDF reader to open the ebook. These are fixed-layout PDFs; page layout does not reflow like an EPUB. Your personal-use licence lets you keep downloaded copies.
If delivery is delayed
Do not pay twice. For a missing email, unavailable link, or damaged file, email paperandpixel.store@gmail.com with your billing email, book title, and payment or order ID. We aim to respond within two business days and restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
