Refunds & cancellations
Effective September 29, 2026. Paper & Pixel sells downloadable digital ebooks, not physical goods.
Digital purchases are non-refundable
After a successful payment and delivery of the ebook, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, exchanges for another title, or cancellations because you no longer want the book. Please review the title, sample, contents, language, format and page count before buying.
When something went wrong
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact us about a duplicate charge, an ebook we cannot deliver, a corrupt file we cannot replace, or content materially different from its product description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, restored access or a refund.
How to request help
Email paperandpixel.store@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include your billing email, book title, order or payment ID, and a description of the problem. Never send your password or full card details. We aim to respond within two business days.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit, commonly five to seven business days. We will provide the payment reference on request. Download access ends for a refunded purchase.
Unfinished payments & withdrawal
You may close checkout before completing payment. If your bank shows a debit but no ebook is available, check My library and contact us before paying again. Immediate digital delivery is provided with your express agreement at checkout. Where the law allows, your withdrawal right ends when downloading begins after that agreement. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain unaffected.
